We received the initial free design consultation form Jonathan about a month ago, he proposed about 4 layout options and was very easy to work with (we asked for many changes and variations) at our third meeting we found the perfect combination and signed the contract. The material selection was fast and easy as well he took us to a few of his suppliers to select the tiles, the plumbing fixtures we selected online with his guidance. The remodeling it self took about two weeks which is not that bad, we stayed on budget which is extra nice. The best thing i can say about working with Jonathan is how easy going he is and gives you a lot of security knowing that he is willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the process.
We recently completed a home renovation project with Jonathan Litinsky of Metropolis Drafting and Construction and are thrilled with the result. We did a full master bathroom renovation including construction of a custom closet, renovation of our guest bathroom, decorative tiling backsplash in the kitchen, custom bar construction, and full interior painting. From beginning to end, Jonathan and his crew were exceptionally professional and efficient, producing the highest quality work. After meeting with us once, Jonathan sent us several design ideas for the master bathroom, all of which were very impressive. Jonathan has an excellent design aesthetic, and I appreciated his guidance throughout the project especially since this was our first major home renovation. It was a true collaboration. I have done a number of construction projects in my day and working with Jonathan and his company was the EASIEST and SMOOTHEST process of them all. I had the pleasure of having Jonathan working on my kitchen remodeling, he did a great job with the redesigning process. I now have so much more storage space and extra work space on my counter! We then also decided to remodel the rest of our home with Jonathan. From flooring to painting, 2 bathrooms and the exterior work (pool, deck, patio and painting of course). The price was a bit above my budget but in the end I must say the result was worth it. Highly recommended.
We just moved to Arcadia from SD which wasn’t easy. We got a major fixer and started looking for a contractor even before closing escrow to speed up the process. Almost all the companies we called didn’t wanted to show up until we close escrow, but Evgene was happy to come and look at the house, he was full of ideas and we got an estimate in the email in less then a week after a visit. The price was good and we gave him the go ahead once we closed escrow. We were a bit afraid to do a remodel in the new home while we were still living in SD, but Evgene made it super smooth with constant updates and video conferences from the job site.
We hired an interior decorator to assist with the final touches and the final result was picture perfect, just like we dreamed it will be.
Jonathan did the design and construction of a remodel that involved our kitchen, dining room, family room, and guest bath. My previous remodels had been very stressful. After interviewing nearly 10 contractors, we were impressed with Jonathan’s communication and straightforward pricing. During our design phase he was very collaborative and didn’t make me feel rushed in spite of numerous design changes. His renderings made it easy for us to imagine the new space. Once our permits were approved, he kept the project moving forward and kept us fully informed. Jonathan is very responsive, reliable, and straightforward. He’s a good problem-solver and is easy to talk with. He came to our site a few times a week, and didn’t leave until I had all of my questions answered. Although we didn’t add any square footage, our new space is beautiful, feels much larger, and much more functional- we love it! He was absolutely the best choice for our project.
