We received the initial free design consultation form Jonathan about a month ago, he proposed about 4 layout options and was very easy to work with (we asked for many changes and variations) at our third meeting we found the perfect combination and signed the contract. The material selection was fast and easy as well he took us to a few of his suppliers to select the tiles, the plumbing fixtures we selected online with his guidance. The remodeling it self took about two weeks which is not that bad, we stayed on budget which is extra nice. The best thing i can say about working with Jonathan is how easy going he is and gives you a lot of security knowing that he is willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the process.

My husband and I hired Jonathan to convert part of our home and garage into a separate granny flat for my elderly parents.  This was a project that was important to me and my family – we wanted a granny flat that felt like a lovely welcoming home, not a slapped together ADU.  We are thrilled that we hired Jonathan as our contractor.  Jonathan takes pride in his work and business.  He pays attention to all the little details, has a great eye, makes helpful & honest suggestions, and he does not cut corners ever.  He also knew all the ADA compliant codes so that door openings, showers, etc were accessible by wheelchair for my father.  The end result was high quality, beautiful, and polished.  Jonathan designed a layout that feels open and spacious – and managed to fit in a great room with kitchen, two bedrooms, two full baths, walk-in closet, and laundry room – everything on my parent’s wish list!  My parents and family could not be happier with the end result.  The transition from their previous huge home into this gorgeous new space has been seamless.  Remodeling is stressful and hectic – but Jonathan was always available and truly made us feel like we were his only client.  I had endless questions for him and he always responded quickly and patiently with thorough explanations.  We will always use Metropolis for any remodeling needs!

We worked with Jonathan on a full house remodeling project, inside and outside the house. Although it was quite stressful for me as being my first remodeling project, Jonathan have made this process simple and painless. He is very collaborative, open-minded, patient and thorough contractor. He has a vast experience that allows him to properly plan, recommend, troubleshoot and esthetically execute any project. I could not have been happier with the results. He works with great teams of specialists, that are knowledgeable and receptive. I was picky, indecisive and demanding high standards. Jonathan and team are truly exceptional. We did a major remodel of our first floor during covid and not only are the results spectacular, we encountered none of the nightmare scenarios people always warned us about with contractors. Jonathan was always available, always engaged, supervised a great deal of the work himself, and never made us feel like we were a burden when we called with questions or concerns.

One of the things we really appreciated was his sense of design. We struggled at the beginning of our project over whether or not to hire an interior designer. After seeing some of Jonathans previous work and discussing our style with him, we felt confident in his choices and we are 100% happy with the finishes and style he brought to the project.

Can’t say enough good things about the Metropolis team. We’ve recommended them to friends and neighbors, and they’ll be our first call on future remodel projects.

We worked with Jonathan Litinsky of Metropolis Drafting & Construction for our ADU project and had a very positive experience. Firstly, it was helpful to have everything in one place. Jonathan went over design ideas, drew up the architectural plans and managed the project from start to finish. The structure itself was fairly small (350sf garage conversion), but the layout and several of the design choices made the space feel much larger. This was the largest project we’ve done, and it was filled with anxiety-inducing bumps. Along the way, Jonathan was very responsive, quick to explain things and made the process more bearable. His design sense and suggestions (from appliances to tiles) helped make the place look and feel great. We are very happy with the final product – a beautiful ADU that we can use for family and friends.
